Every Citizens Advice branch is a registered charity reliant on trained volunteers and funds to provide vital services for local communities. We are very grateful to Test Valley Borough Council for providing our core funding, and to other councils, organisations and charities (see below), which have kindly provided us with grants and donations towards both our running costs and for specific projects/equipment.
To supplement our funds, we run various fund raising events including raffles, sponsored events, collections, etc.
Despite the kind donations and our fundraising endeavours, funding is an ongoing problem for us. If you wish to help us with a donation, we have collection boxes within the bureau or you can send your cheque made payable to "Citizens Advice Test Valley" to us - see Contact Us.
